Return Pick-up and processing:
\r\nThe return or pick-up address should be the same as the buy address if in some cases the area is not deliverable then that case new pick-up address will be updated.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Before accepting the returned products all the items will be checked properly if we found that the item is different or already used or different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, then we can proceed with the exchange or replacement but in another hand, we can charge you for the wrong product exchange purpose.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Correct Product details: IMEI\/ name\/ image\/ brand\/ serial number\/ article number\/ bar code should match with the MRP tag.

\r\nThe product should be unused, covered, and unwashed, with all the tags without any stains. All electronic products have the same IMEI, serial number, Mobile\/Laptop\/Tablet these types of devices should be formatted and screen locked without any pin code or password.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
